Child’s birth certificate

Family card (signed by Dukcapil)

Father’s & mother’s / guardian’s ID card

For Expatriate Students (WNA):

Child’s recent photograph

Child’s birth certificate

Child’s, father’s & mother’s / guardian’s passport and KITAS

📌 Additional Documents

Candidate’s report card / progress report from the previous level of education with “Progress” status

Minimum 3 years prior

Must be in English or Indonesian

Example:
For enrolment in Grade 7 → Report cards from Grades 4–6 (English / Indonesian version)

Transfer Letter from local Dinas Pendidikan Kota (Grade 2–6)

Graduation Certificate (Ijazah) (Grade 7)

From Overseas / International School:

Mutation Letter (Surat Penyaluran Siswa) from Kemendikbudristek (Grades 2–6)

Letter of Equivalence from Kemendikbudristek (Grade 7)

⏰ Submission Deadline

All re-registration documents must be submitted to the Admissions Office no later than one week after the school starts (July 2026).
