Admissions Requirements
Registration Documents
For Indonesian Students (WNI):
- Child’s recent photograph
- Child’s birth certificate
- Family card (signed by Dukcapil and the head of family)
- Father’s & mother’s / guardian’s ID card
For Expatriate Students (WNA):
- Child’s recent photograph
- Child’s birth certificate
- Child’s, father’s & mother’s / guardian’s valid passport and KITAS
Additional Documents (Report Cards):
- Candidate’s report card / progress report from the previous level of education with “Progress” status
*Must be in English or Indonesian - Example:
For enrolment in Grade 7 → Report cards must be from Grades 4–6 (English / Indonesian version)
Re-Registration Documents
For Student Enrolling in Grade 7:
- Graduation Certificate (Ijazah) from the Previous Elementary School (National or SPK)
For Student Transfer in Grade 2-6, Grade 8-9:
- Mutation letter from former school signed by the principal
*If the former school is outside Surabaya, the letter must be acknowledged and signed by the former School’s Head of the Local Department of Education and Culture
For Indonesian Candidate who Applies from School in Overseas:
- Letter of Equivalence from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kembdikbudristek), Republic of Indonesia
- Mutation Letter from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek), Republic of Indonesia (For Indonesian candidate who applies from school in overseas)
For Expatriate who Applies from School in Overseas or Indonesia:
- Letter of Equivalence from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kembdikbudristek), Republic of Indonesia

All documents must be uploaded via Online Admissions
Submission Deadline
All required re-registration documents must be submitted to the Admissions Office at least one week prior to the first day of school.
