Through our Brunch Talks series, we aim to provide an open space for parents to learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversations that support their child’s development, all over a light and relaxing morning brunch.  

This edition of Brunch Talks features two enriching sessions: 

Session 1: Food for Focus – Smart Nutrition for Young Learners 

Time: 09.45 -10.30 AM 

Discover how daily nutrition impacts your child’s ability to focus, learn, and grow. This session will offer practical strategies for supporting young learners through thoughtful meal planning and healthy habits from Miss Amanda Kohar.

Learn how to support your child’s transition from early play-based experiences to more structured primary learning. This session will provide research-informed guidance and tips to ensure your child is developmentally ready and emotionally confident for their next stage from BluBridge Center.
